1.把要吃的鱼滑解冻,接着用汤匙稍微搅拌至起胶。
2.用汤匙沾点水,刮起要吃的要吃的的厚度放进滚汤里。
3.待鱼滑浮起,表示已经熟透可以吃了。
备注:为保持鱼滑的新鲜,建议先把鱼滑退冰,然后分割每一次要吃的分量
